Sometimes God Just Whacks You When You're Not Paying Attention!

Okay. To be honest, I haven't been in such a good mood. All the turmoil in the world, the hatred, the fighting, the economic woes, the housing industry, and all the rest was really beginning to get me down.
And one of my best clients had just changed processors and owed me bank from November that I needed to pay bills. And Dale's been really sick. Got a major case of tonsilitis. ASKED to go to the Doctor... and he hadn't been without force in all the time I've know him. And I haven't had much time to sew, and it's been rainy, and, and, and,...

So this last week, God just whacked me. He wanted me to remember how beautiful this world is and all the wonders that I get to see every day and just take for granted.

Monday started out with a little (BIG!) sigh. The week was going to be a bear with busy, busy, busy, long days, hard properties to find comparables for. #1 was a partially completed 5,000+ square foot house in Sonoma on 16.5 acres with a granny unit, a tennis court, and a 12.5 acre almost vineyard. Tuesday was a condo nearby. Wenedsday was a 300 acre property in Geyeserville, which the lady told me was 45 minutes from Highway 101 and had to send me a map and detailed directions to get there. Needless to say, 300 acre properties don't sell every week around here. The fourth property of the week was a house half way between Napa and Sonoma. Not much property, not much house, but on one of the busiest highways in the area, and surrounded by vineyard.

BUT... the sun came out, it's been absolutely beautiful, weather in the 70's and that always makes me glad to be alive. So I have over 500 miles driven this week, and this is some of what I have to show for it.

Enjoy the pictures!
